Happiness is like a view from a camera. An ever happy person positions himself in a place from where he can have a better view of happiness and peace. He is always busy zooming in and out, panning left and right, tilting up and down his camera to locate and shoot happiness and peace. Then he reviews his footage and trims it and puts it in order. Most of all, he reminds himself of his objective at each step of this process. The result is: he presents himself and others a nice and short, clean and crisp video of happiness and peace.
He is always successful at doing this because he know the secret: happiness is a choice.
